The project was conceived to redefine the apartment’s original 1990s character, transforming it into a warm, contemporary residence with a refined and timeless identity.
A process of architectural simplification reshaped the interiors, enhancing spatial fluidity, openness, and visual continuity. A carefully curated palette of warm tones, tactile materials, textured finishes, and layered lighting creates an understated atmosphere inspired by the comfort and sophistication of luxury hospitality.
Bespoke craftsmanship defines the project throughout. Flush wall cabinetry, concealed storage, and tailor-made furniture seamlessly combine functionality with a clean architectural language. Materials, finishes, and detailing establish a cohesive visual dialogue across the entrance, living area, and kitchen, reinforcing a unified design identity.
The terrace was reinterpreted as a true outdoor living space, an extension of the interiors designed for year-round use, offering comfort, relaxation, and continuity between indoor and outdoor environments.
